Depending on the product(s) you purchase on www.auburnawards.com and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and the products you buy. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Returns are not accepted due to the personalized nature of our merchandise. However, if the item is not personalized, it can be returned for store credit only.
